About the role
We are not building a compliance function. We are building the foundation of trust for the digital economy — and we need someone who understands the difference.
As SecuShift's second hire and founding Chief Trust & Compliance Officer, you will partner directly with the Founder & CEO to establish the company's compliance, governance, privacy, and regulatory strategy from day one. You will help build something that lasts — not just a program that passes audits.
Key responsibilities
Develop and lead the company's compliance and governance programs.
Establish privacy, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
Advise executive leadership on regulatory strategy and emerging requirements.
Lead audit readiness, certification initiatives, and governance programs.
Build relationships with regulators, industry organizations, and strategic partners.
Support commercial agreements and customer trust initiatives.
Foster a compliance-first culture across the organization.
"We're bringing together builders, technologists, regulators, and entrepreneurs who believe trust is one of society's most important challenges. If you're motivated by solving problems that affect millions of people — and by building something that lasts — we'd love to hear from you."
